Hot Sap grew out of a family tradition of making maple syrup in Vermont, a love of home cooking, and a belief that sweet heat makes almost everything better. Inspired by years spent in the spice world, we infused pure Vermont maple syrup with aromatic chili peppers to create a new pantry staple built for cooking and finishing.
